Justin Thomas opened up about the mental pressure he’s faced in his pursuit of another PGA Tour win. Since his last victory at the 2022 PGA Championship, he’s been candid about the challenges of staying patient amid rising expectations.

At the 2025 RBC Heritage, Thomas showed strong form, leading after 36 holes with rounds of 61 and 69. Despite his impressive play, he acknowledged how trying too hard has kept him from crossing the finish line first in recent events.

He admitted frustration with constant questions about not winning, saying the pressure often leads to overthinking. Thomas emphasized that he’s learning to balance competitiveness with composure, hoping that a win will naturally follow.

With several top-10 finishes this season, including two runner-up spots, Thomas remains a top contender. His performance at the RBC Heritage signals he may finally be turning the corner and ending his winless streak.
