Scottie Scheffler was seen using a TaylorMade mini driver during RBC Heritage previews at Harbour Town Golf Links. Following a fourth-place finish at the Masters, the world No. 1 may be experimenting with gear for improved consistency.

TaylorMade recently introduced the R7 Quad Mini Driver, inspired by a 2000s classic. Scheffler, alongside Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood, was spotted testing the club. The move suggests players are open to fresh setups as the PGA Tour progresses.

Scheffler and Morikawa usually favor fairway woods, but the growing popularity of mini drivers could change that. Their bags might see tweaks based on early impressions at this Signature Event.
