Phil Mickelson has once again stirred controversy, this time targeting PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan for suspending Wesley Bryan. Bryan was penalized for participating in “The Duels”, a LIV Golf-affiliated event, reigniting the battle between the PGA Tour and LIV.

Mickelson labeled the PGA Tour’s actions as “manipulative” and “coercive,” accusing it of violating independent contractor rights. He questioned the Department of Justice’s inaction, urging legal intervention instead of forcing individuals to sue for enforcement.

Wesley Bryan, who had no regrets about participating, emphasized the positive impact of YouTube Golf. While suspended, he remains hopeful about his appeal and is determined to keep growing the game through digital content.
