Jordan Spieth, who returned to the PGA Tour at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am after an injury, has spoken about his potential involvement in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TGL. During an episode of *The Smylie Show* podcast, Spieth discussed his career, personal life, and the challenges of balancing golf with family responsibilities.

When asked about joining TGL, Spieth admitted it wasn’t the right time, citing his young children and life in Dallas. He acknowledged the commitment of other players but felt his current schedule didn’t align with the tournament. When jokingly asked about a potential Dallas-based team name, he quipped that it could be called “The Shefflers.”

Spieth’s recent comeback has been marked by both setbacks and successes. After missing the cut at the Genesis Invitational due to lingering wrist issues, he bounced back with a strong performance at the WM Phoenix Open, finishing tied for fourth. Additionally, he revealed that he and his wife, Annie, are expecting their third child, adding another reason for his cautious approach to TGL participation.
