After a stellar 2024 season with seven LPGA Tour wins, Nelly Korda began 2025 in strong form, securing a second-place finish at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions and a seventh-place finish at the Founders Cup. Following these performances, she opted for a brief hiatus, mirroring her approach from the previous year when she skipped early Asia-based tournaments.

During a press conference, Korda discussed her plans, revealing a short break before returning for the Seminole Pro-Member event. “I plan to take about a week or week and a half off, but I’m excited about playing the Seminole Pro-Member. I don’t want to be too rusty for my partner there,” she stated, emphasizing her commitment to staying competitive.

The Seminole Pro-Member, a prestigious event following the PGA Tour’s Florida Swing, attracts top professionals and high-profile figures. After this tournament, Korda will focus on preparing for the Ford Championship, scheduled to begin on March 27. Despite her break, she remains dedicated to fitness, sharing workout updates on social media, reinforcing her commitment to peak performance.
