The LPGA Tour has removed the FIR HILLS SERI PAK Championship from its 2025 schedule due to financial difficulties. The tournament, which debuted in 2024, failed to meet financial obligations for both its inaugural and upcoming editions.

LPGA Tour interim commissioner Liz Moore expressed disappointment but remained hopeful about the event’s future. The tournament was set to honor golf legend Se Ri Pak at Palos Verdes Golf Club, where Nelly Korda claimed victory in its inaugural year.

Korda’s 2024 win marked a key moment in her dominant season, which included five consecutive victories and two major titles. The LPGA remains committed to restoring the championship, preserving its legacy in women’s golf.
