Justin Thomas makes major caddie announcement ahead of the Masters 2025

Justin Thomas has confirmed that longtime caddie Matt ‘Rev’ Minister will miss the 2025 Masters due to a back injury. In a last-minute move, Thomas has enlisted Joe Greiner, Max Homa’s former caddie, to step in at Augusta.

Thomas, a two-time major champion, is making his tenth Masters appearance and remains winless since the 2022 PGA Championship. Despite the drought, he has made all eight cuts this season, with four top-10 finishes including two runner-up results.

Though Thomas has struggled at Augusta recently, he boasts two career top-10 finishes there. With +2200 odds to win, he enters the tournament as a strong contender behind favorites like Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy
