Charley Hull had an eventful start to her third round at the HSBC Women’s World Championship in Singapore. She revealed that she woke up feeling unwell, even throwing up before regaining her focus. Despite the rough morning, she went on to set a personal best in her 5K run, completing it in 26 minutes. Hull then delivered a solid performance, firing a 4-under 68 to finish just one stroke off the lead.

Known for her dedication to fitness, Hull credits her training routine for keeping her in peak condition on the golf course. She explained that skipping her morning workout makes her feel miserable throughout the day and even causes swelling in her hands. Running, she believes, helps her stay mentally and physically sharp, which was evident in her impressive play. She emphasized how exercise gets her heart pumping and keeps her loose during competition.

As the final round approaches, Hull will tee off alongside Lydia Ko and Jeeno Thitikul, aiming for her third LPGA Tour victory. With just one stroke separating her from the lead, she has a strong chance to secure her first LPGA title since 2022. In addition to her two LPGA wins, she boasts four Ladies European Tour titles, with her most recent triumph coming at the Aramco Team Series – Riyadh.
