Emma Raducanu has ended her brief partnership with coach Vlado Platenik after just two weeks. The split follows her first-round exit at Indian Wells, where she lost 3-6, 2-6 to Moyuka Uchijima. The decision comes ahead of her Miami Open campaign.

Platenik had been working with Raducanu in preparation for the Miami Open, with hopes of a longer collaboration extending to Roland Garros. However, their partnership ended abruptly, and Platenik was absent from Raducanu’s box during her match against Sayaka Ishii on Tuesday.

Raducanu’s frequent coaching changes continue, with Platenik becoming her seventh coach in three years. The former US Open champion now faces a tough challenge against eighth-seed Emma Navarro in Miami, looking to regain form after struggling with consistency since Australia.
