Justin Thomas reacts to Facetiming his team during latest TGL match: “The FOMO was real”

Justin Thomas, a key player for Atlanta Drive GC, was absent from the latest TGL match but remained connected with his team through Facetime. As he prepares for the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Thomas admitted he felt a strong sense of “FOMO” (fear of missing out) while watching his teammates compete. He later shared a video of the call, reinforcing his dedication to the team despite his absence.

With Thomas and Patrick Cantlay unavailable, Atlanta Drive GC relied on Nick Dunlap, Lucas Glover, and Billy Horschel in the final match before the playoffs. The team faced off against Jupiter Links, featuring Tiger Woods, Tom Kim, and Max Homa. Despite the roster changes, Atlanta Drive GC dominated the match, securing a 9-1 victory and setting up a playoff showdown against Bay Golf Club on March 18.

Beyond the TGL, Thomas recently gave fans a glimpse into his golf bag, revealing essentials like electrolytes, a WHOOP charger, and his self-proclaimed “man purse.” He also showcased his yardage books, golf accessories, and personal items, offering insight into his preparation routine. Thomas finished sixth at the WM Phoenix Open and continued his strong form with a T9 finish at the Genesis Invitational.
